Ebony “Zoe Ray“ Carter is a Mother, makeup artists, esthetician, and entrepreneur. She was born and raised in Washington DC. She’s the owner of The Glow Bar at Suites 3100 in located District, Height MD. 

 

Zoe has been in the makeup industry for 7 years plus and has been an license esthetician since 2020. She got her certification in both makeup and aesthetic from Bennett’s Career Institute and been educated by some the of best makeup artist in the business Renny Vasquez, AJ Crimson, Merrell Hollis, Keita Moore and Akua Robinson just to name a few. She has worked alongside and traveled internationally with top DMV photographers Derrel Todd (FootPrint Fotos), Marcus Lenard (Marcus Lenard Photography) and Kelvin Bullluck (Kelbpics). She is a published artist as well you can see her work on Magazine covers, book covers and online. She has always has passion for beauty and enjoys bringing out the beauty in GOD’s masterpieces.
